I was in heaven. Daniel craig was unbelivably HOT...Mads was awesome as always. The torture scene... Horrible..in nature..but HYSTERICAL in execution.

Agreed! That was classic Bond all the way. I was laughing hysterically while the men were groaning and laughing. And God, how hot did Mads look coming up behind Bond "such a waste..." Yum! Now if only they had jello wrestling in the Bond films....

well, i just saw casino royale. i know iknow, it was a joy to watch him (ahhh those ckeeckbones, ahhh those lips), but i found the movie sooo predictable. and when something is predictable, itz boring. I guess i'm just not a fan of this genre.

Yeah, Le Chiffre should have killed Bond. I would have enjoyed that very much.


No, but in all seriousness, I did really like Casino Royale and thought it one of the better movies of 2006. I like action movies, though, so that could be part of it. The other part would of course be that I like (understatement) Mads Mikkelsen.

I absolutely loved it! Sure it was formulaic, but the action was fast, sexy and furious. This Bond means business; he’s a Pit bull, grrrrrrh!!!! What a hot, sexy revival of the old "Bond" series. From Daniel Craig (at first I HATED the idea of him being cast as Bond, don’t get me wrong I think he’s a good actor, but after seeing the film, he was friggen awesome...Now I can't picture anyone else doing it, at least for now) to Mad's Le Chiffre (although I would have liked to see more of Mads in the film, maybe flash backs to his past, how he got the scar on his eye and the bleeding tear duck-which, was brilliantly written!) to the fact that the girls are in the foreground in this movie, it's time for the guys to be sexy this time. I was also surprised to see Jeffery Wright (this guy is REALLY talented, believe you me, forget Denzel, this guy is intense), I love him; wish there would have been more of him as well.

The movie does have its flaws...For instance, most of characters were underdeveloped and I personally could have done without the wishy-washy, relationship towards the end, it was completely unnecessary. It just seems like they added it in, because they were having problems with the ending, a total waste of time.

But my favorite part of the film was the torture scene (whose isn’t)... Talk about HOT! Wow! I was slipping and sliding right off my seat! Just the thought of Mads whipping a naked Daniel Craig...Well, let's just say I had some REALLY interesting dreams that night. That scene was dripping with homoerotic overtones…like when Le Chiffre says to Bond, “You take good care of you body, what a shame”…What’s a shame? That he has to whip him senseless or that they don’t have time to get to know each other better (if you know what I mean…hehehe)…I think I read WAY too much Slash….
